Solution of first aid qualification certificate in icti standard
Original icti clause: 12.23 If the factory provides emergency medical treatment according to * internal personnel, it shall ensure that each shift has enough personnel. Medical personnel or designated employees and other ambulance personnel should have received emergency rescue and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (cpr) training, and the relevant qualifications should still be valid. In small factories, each class should have at least two personnel who have been trained in emergency rescue and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and their qualifications are still within the validity period. Large factories should have 1% employees who have received emergency rescue and cpr training, and the relevant qualifications should be within the validity period.
In the past, the company's practice in operating the qualification of first-aid personnel was to send personnel (usually department statisticians or clerks) to hospitals above the town level for a one-day first-aid knowledge training. The per capita cost is about 100 yuan, and the time for obtaining the certificate is about one week. Prove that it was opened by the hospital.
The above practice is safe, but the cost is very high, because now the post personnel are highly mobile, and the certificate will be invalid after someone leaves the job, and the emergency personnel in the department are missing, which leads to the passivity of every audit.
Today, I consulted several predecessors who have been engaged in factory inspection for many years and gave me some suggestions. Now I'm here to share my experience:
First of all, we should know the degree of customer requirements for this article. (Please consult the customer. ) Our customers require an icti certificate, which will be audited by an impartial bank. So the current practice is to contact the hospital and sign a contract. Hospital appointment 1 doctor requires a doctor qualification certificate. Remember to make a copy of his certificate. ) The company assigns doctors to the factory for first-aid knowledge training, and keeps the training materials.
There are several points to note above. It is necessary to keep the contract signed with the hospital, as well as the appointment letter, training materials and test papers for doctors to do first aid knowledge training. If possible, take a photo of the on-site training. We haven't tried this method yet, but our predecessors said that they had done icti audit in the past and passed the certification.
If it is only a customer's factory inspection, it is necessary to know the customer's requirements in advance. If the requirements are not strict, the factory doctors in the company can do first aid training, and there is no need for the hospital to appoint doctors for training.
The company will give employees a physical examination every year, and ask the physical examination hospital to do it once a year, which can save the company a lot of money.
