I. Evaluation principles

1, scientific and testable principles. Following the teaching rules of higher vocational education and the characteristics of teachers' work, the content of teachers' teaching quality assessment reflects the objective situation of teachers' teaching and teaching research performance, and the indicators have accurate meaning and quantitative standards. 2. The principles of objectivity, openness and fairness. Based on the evaluation index system of teachers' teaching quality, departments (departments) participate in the evaluation process and disclose the evaluation results, which has clear guidance. Make every teacher know fairly well, reflect the difference between doing and not doing, and encourage teachers to love their jobs, be a model, and be positive and pragmatic.

3. The principle of combining quantification with performance. Based on the basic workload, teachers' teaching quality is evaluated from teaching tasks, teaching effects and other aspects, and a quantitative index system covering all elements of teachers' teaching quality is established to improve the reliability, comparability and operability of the evaluation results.

4. The principle of combining process evaluation with result evaluation. Incorporate the results of daily teaching inspection, final teaching inspection, student evaluation, peer evaluation, leadership evaluation and college supervision evaluation at the department (department) level into the evaluation system. 8. Teaching and research

Teaching effect evaluation includes the following five aspects:

② Teaching achievements. Such as the results of various competitions recognized by the college, the cultivation and mastery of students' skills, etc.

③ Teaching and research activities. Teachers participate in teaching and research activities, undertake teaching and research projects, talk about majors, talk about courses (class hours), and complete listening tasks;

4 professional ability. Ability to participate in specialty construction, curriculum construction, project construction, enterprise practice training and guide young teachers;

⑤ Other assessment aspects formulated by each department according to the characteristics of each major.

(8) Discipline attendance

College and department teaching inspectors supervise teachers' teaching situation every day, and report teachers' teaching accidents and teaching violations in time according to the college's regulations on the identification and handling of teaching accidents and teaching violations.

Four. Evaluation and evaluation organization

The team leader is the head of the department (department), and the members are composed of other heads of the department and the director of the teaching and research section.

The evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is conducted by departments (departments), and related projects are audited by academic affairs office, scientific research office, equipment management and information center and other departments.

V. Evaluation grade

The assessment grade is divided into four grades: excellent, good, qualified and unqualified.

Excellent: those who rank in the top 25% or above of the total number of participating teachers in the department in the academic year assessment score can be rated as excellent; Excellent proportion shall not exceed 20% of the total number of teachers participating in the department. Publicity and reconsideration

Each department (department) will publicize the scores and results of each sub-item of teacher evaluation in this department for three working days one week before the end of each semester. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the department (department) will report the scores and results of each item to the college assessment leading group.

Teachers who have objections to their own or others' assessment scores may apply for reconsideration to the department assessment team during the publicity period, and the department assessment team will conduct a review. If there is any mistake, it will be corrected by the departmental assessment team and re-publicized.

Teachers who still have objections to the evaluation level after review by the department evaluation team can apply for reconsideration to the college evaluation leading group in real name, and the school evaluation leading group will review it. If there are any mistakes, the departmental assessment team will be instructed to correct them and re-publicize them. Due to the teacher's personal fraud, the assessment scores are inconsistent, and the parties are given informed criticism. VII. Evaluation and application of evaluation results

School-level teaching supervision, random lectures of middle-level cadres and information collected by student teaching information officers can provide reference for the monitoring of classroom teaching level in secondary colleges. (2) Each secondary college is responsible for feeding back the evaluation results of classroom teaching quality to the participating teachers respectively, and the evaluation results are not open to the public and do not consult each other.

Thirteenth evaluation results processing

(1) The evaluation results of classroom teaching quality will serve as one of the important bases for teachers' year-end assessment, job promotion, job title evaluation, various teaching-related awards and teachers' job appointment.

Teachers who have scored in the top 20% or 30% of the teaching quality evaluation in the past two years and meet certain conditions will be awarded? Excellent teaching quality award? Article 3 Evaluation object

1. Teachers' teaching quality assessment objects are full-time teachers and experimental teaching staff (hereinafter referred to as teachers) engaged in teaching in schools.

2. Teachers who have been approved by the school to continue their studies, visit schools, take long vacations, etc. Those who have not undertaken teaching tasks will not be assessed and will be recorded in the file with qualified results.

3. The evaluation of teaching quality of external teachers shall be implemented with reference to these measures.

Article 4 Evaluation Contents

1. The assessment of teachers' teaching quality focuses on classroom teaching (including experimental training teaching) and professional ethics.

2. Students' evaluation takes into account the evaluation of teachers' guidance of students' extracurricular learning, extracurricular counseling and answering questions and homework correction.

3. Peer and supervision evaluation should take into account the evaluation of teachers' lesson preparation, professional ability, homework assignment and correction, examination, participation in teaching and research activities, undertaking the teaching capital construction tasks of this major (or public course), undertaking students' extracurricular learning guidance and undertaking various declarations, assessments and evaluation preparations of this major.

1. In terms of assessment methods, qualitative evaluation is combined with quantitative evaluation, and process evaluation is combined with result evaluation.
