1. What is the curriculum system of stomatology?
Optimize the curriculum system, teaching content and teaching methods of stomatology.
Stomatology is a part of the whole medicine and a compulsory course for five-year clinical medical undergraduates. It is a clinical discipline that mainly studies the diseases of soft and hard tissues of teeth, periodontal tissues, oral mucosa and maxillofacial region, and the relationship between the pathological changes of these tissues and systemic diseases, and carries out prevention and treatment. Stomatology is closely related to clinical knowledge, and systemic diseases often involve oral cavity, which has certain practical significance. On the other hand, the unique examination, treatment and research methods of oral system and the wide application of various advanced technologies make it unique. Although it is a compulsory course, there is no content of stomatology in the examination for clinical practitioners. Therefore, the revision of clinical medicine teaching plan in medical colleges has reduced the teaching hours of stomatology. Our school is located in a poor mountainous area, and 60% of clinical medical students are trained at the grassroots level, which requires general medical knowledge and comprehensive analysis ability. The status of stomatology is also particularly important. The main purpose of stomatology teaching is to make students fully understand the common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases, causes, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and primary treatment methods of stomatology and oral and maxillofacial surgery, and to master the treatment methods of acute inflammation of pulp diseases, so as to facilitate the treatment of common dental diseases in emergency work, or to transfer patients to specialist consultation in time to avoid delaying the treatment opportunity. Therefore, in order to make students master the corresponding oral knowledge, improve the teaching quality and achieve the ideal teaching effect, it is a key problem to provide students with the basic oral knowledge, basic theory and basic skills necessary in different medical fields such as disease prevention, clinical practice and community health care. We have carried out the following preliminary reforms and explorations on the existing curriculum system, teaching content and teaching methods of stomatology for clinical medical undergraduates.
1, integrating the teaching content system of stomatology course.
According to the professional requirements, carefully sort out the contents of existing textbooks and rewrite them.
Stomatology, the seventh edition of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Health, is mostly used as a teaching material for undergraduate clinical medicine. This textbook is compiled by professors of stomatology college, especially professors of maxillofacial surgery and stomatology. The content and format of the textbook are similar to stomatology, but there are some deletions and adjustments in the teaching content. Although the basic theory, knowledge and skills of stomatology are rich and systematic, they are not familiar with the teaching objectives and status of stomatology in the whole clinical teaching system, which is inconsistent with the teaching practice of stomatology for medical students majoring in clinical medicine. Moreover, the teaching hours of stomatology have been reduced to 20 hours, and the teaching materials are wide and large, with 15 chapters, so it is difficult to carry out classroom teaching in the existing hours. Therefore, the teaching content of stomatology must be rearranged and optimized. The new teaching content integration scheme embodies the students' understanding process of knowledge, and clearly puts forward the organizational clues and knowledge framework of teaching content. In addition, the new teaching content integration scheme has re-integrated the knowledge points of the whole textbook, dissected and dissolved the maxillofacial local anatomy into related diseases, and deleted some repetitive contents and over-specialized contents according to the teaching syllabus and clinical practice, thus establishing a new teaching content system of stomatology.

3. What two kinds of courses are included in the curriculum system of science education in primary schools?
Primary school science has a very colorful demand for information technology as the content of cognitive work and resource presentation work. Applying information technology to teaching is not only the need of science itself, but also the need for students to study science effectively, and it is also the need for teachers to improve their teaching level and ability.

(5) What extended reading does the curriculum system include:
Establishing and perfecting an effective enterprise training system is the core task of training management. The criterion to judge whether the training system is effective is whether the training system provides the best human resources for improving the competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the strategic objectives of enterprises. An effective training system should have the following characteristics:
(1) enterprise strategic orientation. Enterprise training system is rooted in enterprise development strategy and human resources strategy system. Only according to their own strategic planning, combined with their own human resources development strategy, can enterprises tailor an efficient training system in line with their own sustainable development.
(2) Focus on the core needs of enterprises. An effective training system is not a stopgap "fire-fighting project", but to dig deep into the core needs of enterprises, predict the demand for human capital according to the strategic development goals of enterprises, and cultivate and reserve talents for the needs of enterprises in advance.
(3) Fully consider the needs of employees' self-development. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, people's needs are various, and their highest needs are self-development and self-realization. Receiving education and training according to one's own needs is the affirmation and satisfaction of self-development needs.
The ultimate goal of training is to serve the development strategy of the enterprise, and at the same time, it should be combined with the personal career development of employees to realize the matching of employee quality and enterprise management strategy.
This system brings the personal development of employees into the track of enterprise development, so that employees can serve the enterprise and promote the strategic goals of the enterprise, and at the same time, according to the clear career development goals, through participating in the corresponding level of training, realize personal development and obtain personal achievements.
In addition, the fierce competition in the talent market also makes employees realize that constantly improving their skills and abilities is the foundation of standing on the society. An effective training system should affirm the legitimacy of this demand and give reasonable guidance.
