Foreign trade documentary refers to the business assistant who undertakes all kinds of documentary operations, connects contracts, goods and documents, orders ships, applies for inspection, insurance and customs declaration after the exporter signs a trade contract, and assists the exporter in delivering goods according to the provisions of the trade contract.
With the development of international trade in China since this century, foreign trade salesman is a new post in business segmentation. In order to standardize the relevant training work in the foreign trade documentation industry and further improve the quality and ability of foreign trade documentation practitioners, according to the relevant provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the instructions of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Commerce, since 2006, the Certification Examination Office of the Ministry of Commerce has organized training to assess and certify "foreign trade documentary practitioners" nationwide, aiming at enabling most foreign trade documentary practitioners to obtain qualification certificates through training, and gradually implementing the certification system nationwide. In order to do this work well, a national examination center for training and certification of foreign trade merchandisers was established, which is located in Dongguan.
Its main responsibilities are: under the direct leadership of the National Business Examination and Training Office, to be specifically responsible for the national foreign trade documentary qualification examination, and to keep abreast of the latest policies and requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and the China International Trade Association on the training and examination of international business documents nationwide; Responsible for the preliminary examination of applications for merchandiser training points and examination points all over the country; To undertake the proposition, marking, score registration, score statistical analysis, item bank construction and management of the national foreign trade salesman examination; To undertake the training and organization of "National Foreign Trade Documentary Trainer"; Organize, implement and guide the transportation of examination papers, arrangement of examination rooms, order maintenance and confidentiality of examination rooms in various provinces.
