Although it lasts only five days, the training course has a distinct theme, rich content, various forms and strict discipline. A series of rich activities have greatly improved their theoretical level, ability to grasp the overall situation, manners and other aspects, but also found their own shortcomings. Time waits for no one, seize the day, and young people should have the determination to work pragmatically and the confidence to dare to accept any challenge. Cao Yujiang's inculcation at the opening ceremony made me feel that as a young cadre, I should hone myself in my work and life and strive to achieve the following aspects: First, apply what I have learned and be a person who is good at learning and practicing. As young cadres with high academic qualifications, they should not be satisfied with their existing experience, but should relax their continuous learning and accumulation of knowledge. He should have a clear understanding of the overall situation of social and economic development in our region, and at the same time think with goals and seek solutions. You should know the knowledge and skills you must master in your work, otherwise you will not adapt in practice, take detours and make jokes. I will continue to strengthen my study in my future work and life. In particular, we should be good at learning from our predecessors, from our opponents, and from our own understanding in practice, so as to be expert in learning, achieve success in learning and apply what we have learned. Practice is the source of theory. Only by devoting ourselves to the development and construction of Hannan, through studying, thinking, practicing, studying again, thinking again and practicing again, can we constantly temper our will in our work. Second, be brave in pioneering and be a person who dares to innovate and struggle. Innovation is an original and new way to solve problems and explore unknown thinking and practical activities. After five days of study, I have a clear outline of the development status of Hannan. The questions raised by department leaders not only make us worry about Hannan's future. But "worry" can't solve the problem, "worry" can only deepen your pain and destroy your confidence. The future development of Hannan needs innovative ideas and sustained strength. At this critical moment, the district Committee put its perspective on young cadres. " Hannan's future is ours and yours, but it is yours after all. "Serious teaching makes our hearts fall from the sky. We should make good use of this force, build it up and make it thinner. Hannan problem needs innovative solutions. The predecessors have pointed out clear goals for us, and we also need to prove them with actions. During the discussion, there was another topic that impressed me deeply, that is, how to develop tourism in Hannan. Director Wei of Agriculture Bureau put forward the idea of rural leisure tourism. At first, many students just made suggestions on how to do a good job in rural leisure. However, Minister Wang, who was present at that time, thought that to look at the problem, we should first analyze why this problem occurred and grasp the source of the problem before we can grasp the key. The inspiration of the predecessors immediately inspired the students' thinking. Finally, the idea of "joint film planning, network marketing, order planting and green culture" has become a hot topic of discussion. Innovation is inseparable from traditional soil, and innovation is not an "enclave" away from reality. Innovation comes from our deeper grasp of the nature of things. When it comes to my own work, I think there is nothing new until I have a heart. Only when you have a heart everywhere can you observe keenly, get to the bottom of the matter, pay attention to the main points, record them in time, constantly sum up new work experiences and lessons, and constantly grasp the essence of the problem, so that you can make your work pioneering and innovative, and your thinking determines your methods and your way out. Young people are like the sun at eight or nine o'clock. They are full of energy and positive ideas to support us to finish our work better. The actual demand that Hannan faces is that we are not afraid of difficulties, brave in struggle and willing to contribute. We should work hard, be brave in pioneering and taking responsibility, show the vigor and spirit of young people, dare to plan, dare to do, be good at doing and succeed, and be a person who dares to innovate and struggle. Third, be down-to-earth and be a person who cares about the masses and works diligently for the people. "From the group, from the group, everything is for the masses and depends on the masses." This is the mass line that the party has always adhered to. Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental starting point and destination of our party's work. There are many phenomena at work now. People who are not old like to pretend to be old, but people who are not old look old. Being tired of work and not striving for progress is not the attitude and image that young cadres should have. I think to solve this "post-80s" problem, we must first solve the target problem. The current storm of "governance and accountability" makes us young cadres realize that if we want to be a mediocre cadre all our lives, we must grasp the essence of our struggle. "I am old and people are old; I am young and people are young. " I came to Hannan and took root in Hannan. As a member of Hannan, I want to develop and build Hannan. Everything is for the well-being of the people. Get rid of the idea that work is for leaders and strangers, take the development of Hannan as the center, unswervingly combine the spirit of superiors with the practice of work, and wholeheartedly seek welfare and development for the masses. Secondly, we should establish the idea that there is no trivial matter among the masses, take the needs of the masses as the starting point of work, and take the satisfaction of the masses as the end result of work. We should always keep close contact with the masses, overcome formalism and bureaucracy, put down our airs, hunch over, do good things for the masses and be a diligent young cadre for the people. Fourth, be a self-disciplined, honest and clean person. After reading the "Seven Deaths" in the Old Testament, everyone will understand that this book profoundly depicts the dark side of human nature. People are born to fight for survival. Without distracting thoughts, Buddhist abstinence can be said to oppose the selfish nature of human beings from another side. With the deepening of reform, the development of economy and the temptation of the material world, some leading cadres use their power to accumulate wealth and indulge in pleasure, sliding into the bottomless abyss of corruption, and turning around will become eternal regret. We young cadres should be strict with ourselves, consciously accept the supervision of superiors and accept the supervision of the masses. Conscientiously implement the rules and regulations of honesty and self-discipline, constantly improve the ability to resist corruption and change, do not compete with the people for profits, do not oppose the state, be an upright person, do things in a down-to-earth manner, and be a clean and honest cadre. Five days have passed, and I am very grateful to the organization department of the district party Committee for providing us with the opportunity to learn and improve, and I am also very grateful to the principals and teachers of the party school for their selfless dedication. This well-organized training course is taught by experienced department leaders and long-term lectures by party school professors with profound theoretical foundation. Their simple lectures have broadened my horizons and activated my thinking, but the training time is limited and the knowledge learning is endless. Training is just a guide, teaching me some ways of thinking and working. I want to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in this training to my own work and combine theory with practical work.
