1. Generally, 1~3 months, concentrated in the training school of Agricultural Bank of China. Work and rest schedules are the same as those of schools, and do not affect wages. The training content mainly includes general basic knowledge of banks, knowledge of bank accounting and cashier, knowledge of credit business, knowledge of business marketing and so on.

2. Induction training is also called "pre-job training" and "freshman training camp", and the length varies from bank to bank.
