What have I learned through training?

(A) to understand the group culture

Through more than half a month's course study, I learned about the development history and corporate culture of the publishing house.

I have a further understanding of inheriting culture, spreading knowledge and transmitting happiness.

(B) the emergence of employee professionalism

The study during this period, whether it is the small habits at work, work skills or even the feelings in life, is the most important lesson in my life.

Excellent employees of first-class enterprises should have the following characteristics: 1, practical-oriented professional knowledge.

Knowledge is the accumulation of predecessors' experience, which has limitations in space and time. There is a great deal of knowledge, and people can never finish learning it all their lives. They can only be practical-oriented and take what they need.

2. Professional-oriented vocational skills.

Without a major, there is no occupation, and professional skills are the guarantee of professional skills.

Only when things are done professionally can work be done professionally.

3. Value-oriented professional concept.

Ideas determine attitudes, attitudes determine actions, and actions determine results.

Among many concepts, values are the core, values determine the evaluation criteria, and employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise depends on their recognition of corporate values.

4. Achievement-oriented professional thinking.

Life pays attention to the process, but work pays attention to the result. The process of life is linked by many results. Without a good result, the process is meaningless.

The result-oriented way of thinking is the basis of all working ideas.

5. Dedicated-oriented professional attitude.

Only by taking work as a career can we be long-lasting and outstanding. We should treat our work with piety instead of ordinary efforts, but we should try our best. Without a dedicated attitude, there will be no outstanding achievements.

(C) improve the sense of teamwork

In the outward bound training, no matter the initial grouping, team name design, team flag design, duet design, or later crossing the river, falling back and breaking the bridge at high altitude, almost all members are actively making suggestions and working hard to achieve the same goal.

There is no gap between us, but we help each other and cooperate with each other.

Why can everyone be so United in training? Because everyone's goals are exactly the same, you can highlight the consistent goals of everyone in the team.

Put your heart and soul into your thoughts, and you will definitely say it out loud. Only by giving full play to everyone's wisdom can we tap the team's greatest vitality and competitiveness.

In this process, we find happiness in our feelings and get sublimation.

In the whole process of outward bound training, we are always satisfied with our smooth clearance and cheer for the success of our peers.

Everything is so real and so together.

Even after the whole training process, everyone is very tired, but everyone is talking happily about the things in training, and they all feel endless aftertaste.

Participating in outward bound training has deepened our understanding, enhanced our friendship and enhanced our sense of teamwork.

The two-day activities brought a lot of insights and inspirations to everyone, leaving a deep impression and unforgettable memories.

(D) the improvement of personal responsibility awareness

The cultivation of sense of responsibility is a long-term process, and it is also a process of self-awareness awakening.

In our work, we should have a kind of motivation to do everything best, have a serious attitude, insist on starting from bit by bit and grasp every detail, so as to make our work fruitful.

Work is responsibility, and responsibility is more important than Mount Tai.

It is the pursuit of every professional to undertake a responsibility, adhere to a belief and achieve something in the work. "Don't be depressed because of inferiority, and don't relax because of small responsibilities."

On the road of work, we should always maintain a sense of responsibility in order to succeed.

The above is my harvest in the training.

Through training, the professional ability has been improved, the working mentality has been adjusted, and the role change from students to employees has been basically completed.

Finally, thank the leaders for arranging such a perfect training for us, and thank colleagues for their gains and insights! Thank you!
