The school adheres to the direction of secondary vocational and technical education, aims at cultivating applied and technical talents in the front line of production, management and service, and scientifically sets up majors suitable for the construction and development of modern drama cities. It has successively set up nearly 20 majors, including engineering cost and supervision, municipal engineering and computer application, road and bridge engineering, landscape and tourism, real estate and property management, hydropower engineering, gas engineering, construction accounting, subway operation service and management, and subway property management.
The school vigorously develops higher vocational education, and carries out five-year compulsory education in conjunction with four open specialties, including civil engineering, economic management, landscape art and tourism management, and engineering cost and supervision majors. At present, there are 580 students.
The school actively develops training and education, faces the market and serves urban construction. It provides examination and upgrading training, continuing education training, vocational skills training and various employment training, with an annual training volume of more than 4,000 people.
Since its establishment, the school has trained and transported a large number of practical secondary professionals and professional and technical personnel for the society and construction units. Many graduates and interns have taken up production and management positions, and most of them have become the backbone of the construction system. The school is well received by the government, society and production units.
