Led by the Municipal Education Bureau, the Hanbin District Government is responsible, coordinated by the development and reform, planning, public property and other departments, and combined with the rational distribution of urban education resources. After soliciting opinions from all walks of life, we will decide to run a high school or a junior high school. The land and assets of Ankang Vocational Secondary School in Peixin Street are used for community construction in Hanbin District; The land and assets of the existing sand and gravel factory in Ankang Vocational Secondary School were recovered by the Public Property Bureau, and the disposal proceeds were used for the construction of the new campus of Vocational and Technical College. The second is to move the TV University Ankang Branch to the new campus of Ankang Vocational and Technical College, and hang the brand of Shaanxi Radio and TV University Ankang Branch, with independent institutions and shared resources. The land and assets of TV University Ankang Branch are recovered by the Municipal Public Property Bureau, and the proceeds from disposal are used for the construction of the new campus of Vocational and Technical College. Third, the Municipal Education Bureau takes the lead, and the Municipal Public Property Bureau is responsible for moving the three units of the Municipal Examination Management Center, the Municipal Teaching and Research Office and the Municipal Audio-visual Education Museum into the new campus of Ankang Vocational and Technical College, or making overall arrangements in the existing office space. The land and real estate of the three units were allocated to Hanbin District for Hanbin senior high school education.

Fourth, the land and assets of the south campus of Ankang Vocational and Technical College (formerly health school, excluding orthopedic hospital) will continue to be used for education in principle, and the Municipal Education Bureau will be responsible for it, with the cooperation of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Planning Bureau, and in combination with the education planning and layout of the central city, solicit opinions from all walks of life, and put forward opinions after careful argumentation and report them to the municipal government for approval. Fifth, Ankang Technician College (Ankang Labor and Employment Training Center) and Ankang Technical School will be moved to the new campus of Ankang Vocational and Technical College. Its land and assets were recovered by the Municipal Public Property Bureau, and the proceeds from the disposal were used for the construction of the new campus of Ankang Vocational and Technical College. During the construction of the new campus, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau is responsible for temporarily moving the Technician College and Technical College into Ankang Industrial School.
