Training objectives Training target students and junior (junior) secondary school, vocational high school graduates, or general employees of enterprises, who can handle basic and operational work. Meet the work requirements of ordinary posts and have the working skills of primary posts in enterprises. Students and graduates of intermediate (manager-level) institutions of higher learning, or reserve cadres and middle-level managers of enterprises, may engage in or organize personnel to engage in special posts. Have certain management ability, be familiar with all professional standards of relevant posts, organize department personnel to complete post tasks, and have intermediate post skills in enterprises. Senior (director level) students and graduates with bachelor degree or above, or senior managers of enterprises. Fully responsible for the business management of the enterprise, standardize the workflow, organize the planning and implementation of major activities to manage the enterprise, and have the working skills of senior positions in the enterprise.
