Third, the target of subsidies.
Migrant workers, front-line workers and industrial workers registered by trade unions at all levels in the province have obtained cooperative colleges and completed their student registration, and successfully applied online through the "Learning Dream Action" at Jigong E Station within the specified application time.
Each student can only apply for a dream grant once at each educational level (that is, junior college or undergraduate).
Fourth, subsidy standards.
The tuition fees of students who pass the adult college entrance examination shall be borne by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the corresponding subsidies shall be allocated to the cooperative colleges through the Changchun Federation of Trade Unions and the Jilin Federation of Trade Unions; Students admitted through the special enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges will be given subsidies according to the standard of 850 yuan/person, and the corresponding subsidies will be allocated to the cooperative colleges through the municipal and state trade unions where the universities are located; Students admitted through distance education will be given subsidies according to the standards of 850 yuan/person (from junior high school to junior high school) and 1.500 yuan/person (from junior high school), and the corresponding subsidies will be allocated to students' personal accounts through local (city, state and county) staff service centers.
