Qualifications of lecturers:

1, college degree or above, working as an assistant lecturer for more than four years, able to train teachers;

2, can be competent for one or more courses and all teaching work, with high quality and good teaching effect;

3, master a foreign language, can read the professional foreign language books and materials.

The academic qualifications obtained by professional and technical personnel must be the same as or similar to those applied for promotion, otherwise they should generally be regarded as not having the required academic qualifications. For those who have obtained the required academic qualifications after joining the work first (subject to obtaining the academic certificate), the service time before and after obtaining the academic qualifications can be added up, and those who meet the service time requirements can apply for a higher professional and technical qualification. Normal declaration of intermediate positions, the cumulative number of years as assistant positions shall not be less than 4 years.
