1. Be loyal to the manuscript, proofread one by one according to the manuscript, and put an end to all typographical errors, including errors in symbols, formulas and formats of words, charts and charts;

2. Find all kinds of mistakes or inappropriate places that may exist in the manuscript, ask questions or fill in the blanks with pencils, and ask me to solve them.

Two, school staff responsibilities (two basic responsibilities hereinafter referred to as the first and second)

(1) Primary proofreading responsibilities: check and proofread according to the original manuscript, complete the first responsibility, ensure the error elimination rate is within the specified value, and give consideration to the second basic responsibility;

(2) The responsibilities of the second school: check and proofread according to the manuscript, complete the first work, eliminate the problems left over by the first school, check whether the revision is correct, and take into account the second work;

(3) The responsibilities of the third school: proofreading and proofreading according to the original manuscript, completing a job, eliminating the possible mistakes left by the first and second schools, and taking into account the second job;

(4) Read through responsibilities: break away from the original work, check the proof, complete one job, and strive to complete two jobs; To eliminate all kinds of errors in proofreading (including formats, charts and notes), we should pay special attention to hidden political and ideological errors, scientific and cultural knowledge errors, specious sentences and other grammatical errors, and the consistency of names, places and book numbers.
