In order to improve the theoretical and operational level of each nurse, the nursing department conducts theoretical and operational examinations every month, setting high standards for their work. Work attitude should be correct, "the doctor is the heart of parents". I take it as my duty to do everything possible to alleviate the pain of patients. I hope all patients can recover as soon as possible, so every time I enter the ward, I spare no effort to encourage them with limited time, patiently help them understand the disease and establish confidence in overcoming it. I felt very happy when I saw the patient recover.
Nursing is a noble and sacred cause, and I am proud to be a member of the team of nurses. In the future work, I will redouble my efforts to make my due contribution to the nursing cause of mankind! In the next 20__ years, I will continue to carry forward the spirit of the past year, do my job well, be anxious about the patient's urgency, be responsible for the patient, and never make the patient's condition worse because of my reasons. I will be absolutely responsible for my work. This is the minimum work that a good nurse should do to save lives. As a nurse, I am always aware of the heavy responsibility on my shoulders. I won't discredit the hospital, it will only inspire me to work harder. I will also be strict with myself in my life, and I believe I will do it!
