Does the high-pressure electrician training organized by the company need employees to pay?
The training organized by the company does not require employees to pay.

According to Article 22 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if an employer provides special training fees and professional technical training for employees, it may conclude an agreement with employees to stipulate the service period. If the employee terminates the labor relationship during the service period, the employer may require the employee to pay liquidated damages, but the liquidated damages shall not exceed the training expenses provided by the employer.

That is to say, if the high-pressure electrician training organized by the company belongs to the special training provided by the company, and an agreement is signed with the employee to stipulate the service period, then the employee does not need to pay. However, if the employee terminates the labor relationship with the company during the service period, the company can ask the employee to compensate the training fee, so the employee needs to pay the training fee.
