4, check around the generator, remove items that hinder the operation or operation, to ensure smooth ventilation.

5. Make sure that the main switch of the diesel generator is off.

6. Ensure that the fuel tank is more than half full and the fuel supply valve is always open.

1. Make sure all buttons on the control panel have been reset, and adjust the speed operating handle to idle position.

2. Turn the key to the position and press the start button to start the diesel generator.

3. Slowly lift the speed control handle until the voltage reaches 400 volts; When the frequency is 50 Hz, tighten the nut fixing the handle, and the generator will run normally.

4. In general, the diesel generator starts the car once or at most three times. If the generator can't start the car for three times, the fault indicator on the control panel will light up. At this time, we should find out the reason and start again after troubleshooting.

5. After the car starts, check whether there is noise or vibration, whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage, and whether there is abnormal display on the control panel. After starting the car, the oil pressure should reach the normal range within 10~ 15 seconds ((35~60p.s.i)). If there is any abnormality, make corresponding rectification. After everything is normal, turn on the main switch of the generator and start power supply.

Stop the machine

1. First pull down the main switch of the generator, let the generator run at no load for 5 minutes, then turn the speed control handle to the idle position for 5 minutes, then turn it to the stop position, and the diesel generator will stop.
