Green tea brewing training report
1. Training time

This green tea brewing training is 2 hours.

2. Materials and tools needed for training

Green tea, kettle, glass, tea tray, teapot, tea area, teaspoon, tea towel.

3. Training process

(1) Preparation: Prepare the required materials and appliances to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.

(2) Water temperature control: master different water temperatures according to different green tea varieties. Generally, the water temperature of green tea is about 85℃-90℃. Add water to the kettle and boil the water to the required temperature.

(3) Preparation of tea set: spread a tea towel on the tea tray, take out the teapot and tea area, and put teaspoons and teacups into the tea tray for later use.

(4) Tea performance: pour the boiled water into the tea area and make tea soup while it is hot. The tea soup is clear and transparent, and the aroma is overflowing. When the tea leaves are soaked for 8 minutes, pour the tea soup into each teacup separately. When pouring tea, be skillful and tilt the tea area. Because the edge of the tea bowl is protruding and the plane of the tea tray is sunken, the whole tea bubble smells overflowing and the tea tastes surprisingly mellow.

(5) Tasting tea soup: Hold the hot cup with your fingers at the half of the porcelain bottom, hold the tail end of the cup handle with your thumb, and turn the cup clockwise to taste the best taste of tea soup.

(6) Cleaning the tea set: Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene when cleaning the tea set, and do not leave tea stains or oil stains, so as not to affect the next use.
