According to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) production safety law" and relevant laws and administrative regulations, these measures are formulated. The "Measures" were deliberated and adopted at the 20112319201219 executive meeting of the State Administration of Work Safety, and were promulgated by Decree No.44 of the State Administration of Work Safety. The Measures are divided into general provisions, safety training institutions, safety training, safety training assessment, safety training certification, supervision and management, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions. The Measures for the Administration of Safety Production Training (Order No.20 of state administration of work safety and State Administration of Coal Mine Safety) issued on February 28, 2004 are hereby abolished.
