What kind of occupation is a soft skill trainer?
Hello, this is Mr. Xin. Welcome back.

Now that we know what a soft skill trainer does, we should answer "What kind of occupation is a soft skill trainer?" This question.

This is a question that different people have different opinions. So far, this is my favorite occupation. I just want to know why I like being a soft skills trainer from my own experience.

First of all, this is a profession that needs continuous learning.

Learning can help me keep the vitality of my life, which is especially important for me to enter middle age. It is a kind of happiness to remain humble and open to explore the world.

Secondly, we can help many people.

Through classes and coaches, nearly 10000 people have learned how to improve their soft skills and live their desired life, which is the greatest sense of accomplishment.

Third, being a soft skill trainer needs to truly believe that the world is beautiful.

I believe that people can change, and this belief will keep me optimistic. My body and mind have benefited a lot from it. Although people reach middle age, I can always be as happy as a child.

Finally, we are helping more people to become soft skill trainers.

It is our greatest mission to witness everyone's transformation, embark on this profession and benefit more people.

Next, I want to tell you about my experience, which may make you understand why I love this profession.

I am a student majoring in polymer materials, and I have studied in this major for seven years. I still remember the complicated mood when I saw the fluid mechanics formula for several pages. But after graduation, I didn't choose the iron rice bowl like the Aviation Research Institute, but went to a foreign company to do sales support, because I didn't want to deal with experimental platforms and data all my life. More importantly, I didn't want to know what it was like to retire from the first day of work, so I spent my life like this.

In this way, adhering to the state that the joy of life lies in exploration, it usually takes five years for others to cross the ladder, and it will only take me two years. This is how life is spent before the age of 30, a condensed life. But after 30 years old, I have the house, car and children I long for, and my status is rising rapidly, and a sense of loss comes quietly. Where is my next target? Where should life go? So, I almost gave up everything, took my daughter to Shanghai alone, and went to the profession of trainer. I started as a hard skill trainer (project management), and got lost two years later. I don't want to tell the same process and tools, including stories, which are almost the same examples. Obviously, this career is not what I want.

At the same time, I learned soft skills trainers and coaches. I still remember that after the first class, I began to observe the people around me, try to love them and try to interact with them with the soft skills I learned. Seeing the feeling of empathy with the people I see seems to open a sensor on me and the joy of receiving so much information about human beings at once. Since then, I have become interested in students in class. I want to know what they think, what they need and how I can help them. Since then, every class is different, and the course content is just a medium to help me better understand every student and everyone and help them grow up.

This is the career I want. Even if I'm sixty or seventy, I won't get tired of it!

I hope I can truly transform into a soft skill trainer, but I am generally positioned as a hard skill trainer in the market. In order to transform, I turned down all orders for hard skills. I have almost no income for nearly 1 year, but nothing can stop me from moving forward.

My tutor, 1 hour only charges 100 yuan, or even just a cup of coffee in exchange. I will give free workshops to strangers and let the market know that I am a soft skills trainer. In this way, in 20 13 years, I spent almost all my savings and stumbled through it. This is a process of introspection and constant adjustment of one's inner state.

Gradually, I began to do some 2-day communication classes, 3-month small leadership projects and 6-month complex leadership projects. After another three years, I began to help Siteng train new soft skills trainers with my partners. Three years later, we launched our own soft skills trainer program. At the same time, two trainers' societies have been established, one is a learning society and the other is a transformation society, with more than 100 members. More than 50 experimental workshops have been held and more than 30 soft skill topics have been tried.

It will be 10 years in the blink of an eye. I can't believe that I have gone from an ignorant teenager to middle age, but every day in the past is so different and so similar, and it is a process of continuous exploration and self-realization.

Life requires not perfection, but completeness.
