The new teller must accept at least
1 month actual on-the-job training. In the banking management system, if a new teller has more than one year's working experience in the same industry before taking up his post, in principle, he needs to receive at least half a month's business system training and 1 month's practical on-the-job training. Teller is the general name of the counter staff in the bank, and the front desk teller is responsible for the counter business operation, inquiry and consultation directly facing customers. The back-office teller is responsible for customer-oriented inter-bank, bill exchange, internal accounting and other business processing, as well as the follow-up processing of front-office business such as audit, confirmation and authorization.
