According to the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel

Article 3 The term "special operations" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to operations that are prone to accidents and may cause great harm to the safety and health of operators and others as well as the safety of equipment and facilities. The scope of special operations shall be specified in the catalogue of special operations.

The term "special operations personnel" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to employees directly engaged in special operations.

Registration conditions for chemical safety administrator certificate examination:

1, good professional ethics, good health, no more than 60 years old (except legal representative).

2. On-the-job personnel of construction enterprises.

3, education and requirements:

(1) The main person in charge of a construction enterprise should have a college degree or above, and a college degree or above is required. Except for enterprise legal person, all others need first-class constructor certificate and enterprise letter of appointment.

(2) The person in charge of the project should be a secondary school (including high school, secondary school and vocational high school) or above, and have a first-class constructor or a second-class constructor registration certificate.

(3) Full-time safety production management personnel of construction enterprises shall have technical secondary school education or above and engage in related work.

4, through the enterprise annual safety education and training assessment;

5, the project leader and full-time safety production management personnel shall not work in more than two (including two) units.
