Registration during the standardized training of residents shall be handled by the training base, and shall be uniformly applied to the health and family planning administrative department that issued the Practice License for Medical Institutions of the training base.
Application material
A small 2-inch bareheaded photo with a white background, the labor service contract (agreement) or employment contract signed by the physician and the proposed employer (the employment period should be indicated), the applicant's resident identity card, the summary table of standardized training practice registration (change) of doctors, the Information Table of Standardized Training Practice Registration (change) of residents in Heilongjiang Province, and the doctor's practice certificate.
Set the foundation
Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of Physician Registration: The State practices a physician registration system. A person who has obtained the qualification of a doctor may apply to the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level for registration. Article 14 After registration, doctors can practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions and engage in corresponding medical, preventive and health care services according to the registered practice place, category and scope. Persons who have not obtained the registered practicing certificate of doctors shall not engage in the practicing activities of doctors.
