To develop party member, we must fulfill the procedures of joining the Party in strict accordance with the provisions of party constitution. Its purpose is to ensure that the advanced elements with party member conditions are absorbed into the Party from the organizational system and that the vanguard of the Party's working class is also the vanguard of the China people and the Chinese nation. The main procedures that must be fulfilled in developing party member are:

1. People who want to join the party must submit a written application to the party organization and go through a serious investigation by the party organization;

2. When the party organization is ready to join the party, it must fill in the application form for joining the party by itself, which will be introduced by two official party member, and solicit opinions from the masses inside and outside the party;

3. To accept the new party member, it must be discussed and passed by the branch meeting, and a resolution must be made;

4, the higher party organizations in the approval to receive the new party member, to send people to talk with the development object.

5, examination and approval, to convene a committee, collective discussion and approval;

6. After the applicant is approved to prepare for party member, he must take the oath of joining the party for party flag;

7. Make preparations for the education inspection in party member in the preparatory period, and discuss and deal with the problem of becoming a full member in time.

Responsibilities of party membership introducer

According to the regulations of party constitution, applicants for joining the Party must have two official party member as references. Any official party member, regardless of party age and position, can become a party introducer as long as he has a better understanding of the past and present situation of the development target and can make a responsible introduction to the party organization. Introducers for joining the Party should generally be the contact person in charge of training (party member) or other official party member of this branch. Party member introduced a comrade to join the Party, which bears an important responsibility to both the Party and the introduced comrades. Should do:

(1) Earnestly understand and clarify the applicant's understanding of the Party and motivation for joining the Party, as well as his political history, ideological quality, realistic performance, family members and closely related major social relations. And make a responsible introduction to the party organization realistically, don't take a sloppy attitude, and don't deliberately conceal and distort the truth.

(2) Enthusiastically help the applicant to join the Party, educate him about the basic knowledge of party constitution and the Party, help him improve his understanding of the Party, and correct his motivation to join the Party.

(3) Guide the applicant to fill in the Application Form for Joining the Party and fill in his own opinions on the application form. When filling in, don't write shortcomings in the form of expressing hope, don't write a few gifts in general, or simply write words like agreeing to join the party.

(4) During the discussion at the branch meeting, be responsible for introducing the relevant information of the party membership applicants, and the introducer's speech should be consistent with the "Opinions of Party Membership Introducers [Articles of Association]" filled in the "Application for Party Membership".

The introducer should not only read out the opinions of the introducer who joined the Party according to this copy, but also introduce the relevant information of the applicant in detail, so that party member attending the branch meeting can understand the situation.
