Those who have completed the training hours and obtained the national vocational qualification certificate (including special operation certificate and special equipment operator certificate), vocational skill level certificate and special vocational ability certificate: junior workers 1200 yuan/person, intermediate workers 1600 yuan/person, senior workers 2,000 yuan/person and technicians 4,000 yuan/person. Those who have obtained the training certificate will be subsidized by 700 yuan/person; 800 yuan/person subsidy will be given to those who obtain the special operation certificate (special equipment operator certificate) for the first time, and 200 yuan/person subsidy will be given to those who participate in the three-year review training and issue a new certificate; Those who have participated in the training for not less than 40 hours and obtained the special vocational ability certificate will be given 800 yuan/person subsidy.

2. If the new employees of the enterprise participate in the pre-job intensive training organized by institutions that are included in the list of government subsidy training evaluation institutions for more than 24 hours, they will be given 300 yuan subsidies for each enterprise.

3. The enterprise new apprentice training subsidy standard is 5000 yuan per person per year for intermediate workers and 6000 yuan per person per year for senior workers. If the actual expenditure is less than 5000 yuan, apply for subsidies according to the facts. The financial department shall, in accordance with the regulations, advance no more than 50% of the subsidy funds to the enterprises included in the new apprenticeship training plan, and the enterprises shall apply for the remaining subsidy funds after completing the training tasks. Those who fail to complete the training tasks as planned will not be subsidized, and the subsidy funds paid in advance will be recovered.

4. Full-time training subsidies for enterprise employees. Enterprise employees (including labor dispatch workers) who participate in off-the-job training of the same or similar majors as their posts (jobs) organized by institutions that are included in the list management of government subsidy training evaluation institutions, concentrate on studying for more than 24 hours and obtain a training certificate, will be given a one-time subsidy to 200 yuan every 8 hours, with a maximum of 1000 yuan per person per year. If the training is organized by the enterprise, the subsidy funds will be directly subsidized to the enterprise; If the employees participate in the training independently, the subsidy funds will be directly subsidized to the employees.

5. Senior technicians who have participated in skills upgrading training organized by training institutions with high-skilled personnel training qualifications for not less than 5 days and obtained training certificates will be given a subsidy of 2000 yuan/person.

6. Online learning subsidies. Participate in the online platform learning of "Internet Plus Vocational Skills Training" approved by the Office of the Leading Group for the Construction of "Everyone with Certificate and Skills in Henan Province". If the training hours are more than 40 hours (inclusive), those who have completed all online training programs and passed the examination will be subsidized according to the standard of 10 yuan per hour, with the maximum not exceeding 700 yuan; Each person can enjoy no more than 2 subsidies per year. When enjoying multiple subsidies, you must participate in the next training program after the evaluation of the previous training program, and the same occupation (type of work) and the same level cannot be enjoyed repeatedly. Enterprises holding online vocational skills training shall file with the local human resources and social security department, carry out according to the prescribed procedures, and the subsidy funds shall be directly allocated to enterprises according to the qualified number.

Participate in the "theory+practice" subsidized vocational skills training organized by enterprises, and with the consent of the local human resources and social security department at or above the county level, take online theoretical teaching (theoretical hours account for no more than 40% of the total training hours). Workers' online learning points are regarded as offline theoretical credits, and online training subsidies are no longer given separately, but enterprise training subsidies are given according to the situation that workers obtain certificates after practice.

7. If the occupations (jobs) listed in the annual subsidy catalogue are Class A and Class B, the training subsidy standards will be raised by 20% and 10% respectively.
