To grasp the timing of gear shifting, when the engine speed is about 2000 rpm, first reduce the throttle and then step on the clutch, so that the clutch will not be forcibly disengaged and then shift gears. The shift sequence must be 1st-2nd-3rd-4th-5th. Skipping gears is not recommended. The shift sequence is based on the vehicle speed. According to the situation of your car, generally, if the engine speed is lower than 1500 rpm, it will downshift.
