Archivist qualification certificate application conditions:

(three) to participate in the qualification examination for archives assistant librarians, in addition to the above basic conditions, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1, engaged in archival professional work after graduation from university 1 year;

2, after graduating from college, engaged in archives professional work for 2 years, or graduated from college as a manager for 1 year;

3, after graduating from technical secondary school, engaged in archival professional work for 4 years, or graduated from technical secondary school as an administrator for 3 years.

(four) to participate in the qualification examination for archivists, in addition to the above basic conditions, one of the following conditions shall be met:

1, get a doctorate;

2. Get a master's degree and have been engaged in archival professional work for 1 year;

3, after graduating from the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class, engaged in archives professional work for 2 years;

4, after graduating from college, engaged in archival professional work for 4 years, or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 3 years;

5, after graduating from college, engaged in archival professional work for 6 years, or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 4 years;

6, after graduating from secondary school, engaged in archives or similar professional work for 15 years, and served as an assistant librarian for 4 years;

7. Those who are engaged in intermediate professional positions other than archives series after evaluation have been engaged in archives professional work for 1 year and passed the business assessment;

8. After review, he has been engaged in non-file assistant professional positions for 4 years, and has been engaged in file professional work for 1 year, and has passed the business assessment, with a college degree or above; After graduating from technical secondary school, in addition to the above conditions, you need to be engaged in professional work for 15 years.

Subjects and answering methods

The professional and technical qualification examination of archives is divided into two grades: intermediate (archivist) and junior (archivist, assistant librarian and archivist). Examination subjects are the basic theoretical knowledge and archival work practice.
