Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, is the only art college in South China of China established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, formerly known as Central South Academy of Fine Arts, 1953 was established in Wuhan, Hubei Province with the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education.
