Post-training evaluation mainly includes: ① evaluation of the realization of training objectives; ② Comprehensive evaluation of training effect and benefit; ③ Evaluation of training supervisor's work performance; ④ Evaluate the correlation between the improvement of trainees' knowledge and skills and training. In the evaluation work, through the establishment of training effect evaluation index and standard system, whether the training of employees has reached the expected goal is evaluated. Conduct a comprehensive inspection, analysis and evaluation on whether the training plan has been effectively implemented, and then feed back the evaluation results to the competent department as the basis for formulating and revising the employee training plan and analyzing the future training needs.
