It's a great honor to attend the training course for activists who join the Party. During the * * days' training and study in the Party School, I deeply realized that as an activist who wants to join the Party, we must first have a correct understanding: thoughts should serve the Party in action and contribute to the Party in this life. The training of activists joining the Party in just a few days is coming to an end, so I would like to share my learning experience with you here.

First of all, I will talk about my further understanding of the party during my study. To further understand the nature of China's * * * production party. China * * * Production Party is the vanguard of the working class in China, the people of China and the Chinese nation, the leading core of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, representing the development requirements of advanced productive forces in China, the development direction of advanced culture in China and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in China. This nature determines that China Productivity Party is a great political party with selfless dedication, and it also lays its fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. Our Party has always adhered to Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents as action guides for ideological construction, political construction, organizational construction and work style construction. Its ideological line is to proceed from reality, integrate theory with practice, seek truth from facts, and test and develop truth in practice.

Scientific Outlook on Development is a high generalization of a series of important thoughts and theoretical viewpoints of the CPC Central Committee with Hu as the general secretary. Scientific Outlook on Development is the soul of the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and is the general and fundamental view on the essence, purpose, connotation and requirements of development. What kind of development concept, there will be what kind of development path, development model and development strategy, which will have a fundamental and overall impact on the practice of development; Scientific Outlook on Development absorbed and borrowed a series of new ideas, viewpoints and theories, and scientifically and systematically revealed the objective laws of socialist development. Scientific Outlook on Development's basic concept and development law reflect the goal of building a harmonious CDC, which is the inevitable result of the continuous and in-depth development of CDC under the new situation.

We should profoundly study and understand Scientific Outlook on Development's spiritual essence and scientific connotation, and use Scientific Outlook on Development to guide our work. Therefore, we must strengthen the comprehensive and in-depth study of Scientific Outlook on Development, especially the study of cadres, so as to establish a scientific concept of work, form extensive working knowledge and determine the correct working methods. To learn from Scientific Outlook on Development, we should especially advocate the style of study of applying what we have learned, and really put it into practice, practice and guide it into practice.

Secondly, through the study, I also realized that the conditions for joining the Party are various and demanding, and I found that I still have many shortcomings and deficiencies, and I still have a certain gap from a real party member. I feel that my previous motivation for joining the party is not correct enough. I only think about the benefits after joining the party and rarely think about the responsibilities and obligations that I should bear after joining the party. I am deeply ashamed of this. In the past, I only had a superficial and simple understanding of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents's theory, and I never studied and realized it seriously in practice, and applied it in practice to guide myself to correctly understand the objective world.

China * * Party is the only ruling party in China because of its strong organization and discipline. Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle and leadership system of the China Party. China's democratic centralism is the unity of democracy and centralism, freedom and discipline. The idea of democratic centralism was the foundation laid by Marx and Engels, and its principle was later determined by Lenin. China * * * Party adheres to and develops the organizational principle of democratic centralism. In China, adhering to and implementing democratic centralism is the fundamental guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in Socialism with Chinese characteristics. China * * * production party is not only well-organized, but also highly disciplined. Party discipline is the fundamental guarantee for the victory of the party's cause. Party discipline has four contents, including: Party discipline and political discipline. The party's mass discipline and the party's confidentiality discipline. At the same time, the party's discipline also has its basic characteristics. The party's discipline is iron discipline and conscious discipline, which is the dialectical unity of the two. Everyone is equal before discipline. With the guiding ideology, strict organizational principles and iron discipline, our party can move towards the highest goal: realizing productism.

Thirdly, in the lectures given by party school teachers, I not only learned a lot about the party from the classroom, but also learned a lot of knowledge that books can't learn, and got many good memories. I learned to communicate with people and realized the fun of communication between people. I am a little introverted since I was a child, and I am not good at talking to people, but because I am the leader and study committee member of this training class, I have to talk to people when sending and receiving homework. In order to do my duty, I began to change slowly and talk to them about homework and study. Gradually, I found that most people are friendly, not those who are too cold to talk to you. At the same time, through talking, I also met many classmates and made many friends.

I learned to persist and make unremitting efforts to set goals for myself. I didn't like climbing mountains before, because I always thought the mountains were too high and steep, and I always gave up halfway. I learned to unite and cooperate, and learned that unity is strength. Therefore, I am determined to improve myself from the following aspects so as to become a * * * party member at an early date.

First of all, we must correct the motivation to join the party and understand its connotation. Because only with the correct motivation to join the Party can we serve the people wholeheartedly, stand the test of the Party and the people at any time, and truly become a qualified party member.

Second, strengthen theoretical knowledge study, study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, strengthen the party's faith, keep in mind the party's purpose, and fight against all bad phenomena and wrong ideas.

Third, at the same time, we should strengthen the ability of integrating theory with practice, train ourselves in practice, reform ourselves, improve ourselves, constantly improve our political and theoretical cultivation, ideological and moral cultivation, organizational discipline cultivation, scientific and cultural cultivation, and constantly improve our comprehensive quality so as to be closer to party member.

Fourth, study hard, be proactive and serious in learning, and be strict with yourself everywhere. Most of the photos in real life are for the sake of classmates, and actively help them solve practical difficulties, so as to be "good and small, but not evil". I know that the meaning of serving the people wholeheartedly is not to make earth-shattering events, but to make every bit of dedication in daily study, life and work without asking for anything in return.

The fifth is to join the party ideologically. From now on, ask yourself as party member. It is necessary to join the party not only organizationally but also ideologically. Adhere to the provisions of the party program and party constitution, obey the decisions of the organization everywhere, and actively complete the tasks assigned by the organization.

The guiding ideology of China's proletarian party is not only Theory of Three Represents, but also Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. These four important thoughts are a scientific theoretical system of the same strain. Among them, Marxism is the theoretical basis for proletarian political parties around the world to lead the people in revolution and construction, while Leninism is Marxism in the era of imperialism and proletarian revolution. Mao Zedong Thought is the product of the combination of Marxism–Leninism and China's revolutionary practice. Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents are Marxism in contemporary China, which is of great practical significance for developing and consolidating the socialist cause. As a party activist, I should consciously arm my mind and guide my actions with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents.

In the study, I know better that every comrade who actively strives to join the Party must first establish the proletarian world outlook, outlook on life and values, establish the belief of serving the people wholeheartedly, and strive for the realization of capitalism at all costs for life, and show it in practical actions. This party school training has special significance for me to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. It has comprehensively improved my understanding of the party, corrected my motivation to join the party, and laid a good foundation for my work. I hope that the party organization will strengthen the training, education and inspection of me. * * * productism is a great and arduous undertaking. I will firmly establish the great belief of * * * productism, adhere to the correct political direction, stand firm in the party's political stance, accept various tests, unswervingly defend the party's cause, and work hard to realize * * * productism. I want to exercise myself in the melting pot of the Party and strive to join the China Producers Party as soon as possible. Although I am only an activist to join the Party now, I will always remember the Party's teachings, always use party member's code of conduct to restrain myself, and consciously strengthen myself in my future life and work to strive for greater improvement.
