Why do we need training in the Western Plan?
Improve the comprehensive skills and service skills of volunteers. The Western Plan is a voluntary service plan for college students jointly organized and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Organization Department and the Ministry of Personnel in 2003. Training volunteers can further strengthen their political and ideological guidance and organizational cohesion, and enhance their comprehensive skills and service skills. It is helpful for volunteers to further identify with the concept of voluntary service, adapt to the local environment, put into work and improve the service effect.
