Graduation certificate: an important archival material
Graduation certificate is an important archival material in our life, and both individuals and schools should take good care of it. If students don't get the diploma, they can go back to the original graduation school to find out. So, what might cause you not to get a diploma?

Insufficient class hours

If you don't finish the required hours in college, often skip classes or fail to pass the make-up exams many times, the state regulations prohibit schools from issuing diplomas.

Serious violation of discipline

If you have serious violations of law and discipline during your college years, such as affray, gambling, cheating in exams or breaking the law, the state and the school have clear regulations, so you can't graduate.

Arrears of tuition fees

If you don't pay your tuition on time during your college years, or if you are in arrears after being asked to pay your tuition, if you don't pay your tuition before graduation, the school will not issue a diploma.

File management system

According to the provisions of Article 12 of the Archives Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), all organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations shall establish a responsibility system for archives work and improve the archives management system. Therefore, both individuals and schools should attach importance to and properly keep the graduation certificate as an important archival material.
