It will be Tomb-Sweeping Day in a few days. The teacher organized us to visit the martyrs cemetery. The students came to school in clean school uniforms and bright red scarves on their chests.
Look, here comes the bus. We got on the bus excitedly. It didn't take long to reach the destination.
Get off. We lined up neatly and walked to the martyrs cemetery. Four kinds of plants, pine, cypress, evergreen and magnolia, are planted on both sides of Martyrs Cemetery Road, which is solemn and solemn. It turns out that these four plants are evergreen trees, symbolizing the immortal spirit of revolutionary martyrs.
Then, we walked up the steps and came to the People's Monument. The monument is engraved with eight characters: the revolutionary martyrs are immortal. These eight words sparkle in the sun. There is still a red flag standing in front of the monument, flying high in the air, and we are here for three minutes of silence. Revolutionary martyrs gave their young and precious lives to defend the motherland. Although they are dead, they will live in our hearts forever.
Then, we raised our right hand, clenched our fists and solemnly swore in the face of the five-star red flag: "Always ready to fight for the cause of * * * *". In front of the revolutionary martyrs monument, we gently presented the small white flowers made by ourselves. Although a little immature, it expresses our infinite nostalgia and reverence for the revolutionary martyrs. We should follow their example. I secretly made up my mind to study hard and learn my skills. When I grow up, I will defend my motherland and win honor for my country, so that my motherland will never be invaded by other countries again.
Finally, we came to the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall exhibited photos and materials of 38 martyrs in Xiangtan, as well as upper body sculptures of Luo Yinong and Huang Gonglue. We also saw the tomb of martyr Yang and bowed three times in front of it, which made us feel sad.
A few hours passed like the wind, and we reluctantly left the martyrs cemetery.
The martyrs who died for the revolution are immortal!

On the afternoon of April 5th in Tomb-Sweeping Day, our fourth-grade classmates went to the Martyrs Cemetery to pay homage to the martyrs' tombs. Starting from school, we queued up. I am the monitor, holding the flagpole, walking in the street with our classmates and walking towards the martyrs cemetery.
At the foot of the mountain, I saw the trees on both sides are lush and colorful, and the flowers on the ground are very beautiful. Soon we came to the hero's grave, and the teacher told us not to make any noise. Then, we observed a three-minute silence for the hero. In these three minutes, I think they are really great heroes who died for our motherland. In three minutes. A student representative told the heroic feats of fighting tenaciously for the motherland, risking one's life to forget one's death and going forward bravely, and expressed their patriotic spirit. Third, sing songs and lay wreaths for these heroes. Finally, present white flowers to these martyrs and heroes to show our respect for the heroes. After offering white flowers, we came to the Martyrs and Heroes Memorial Museum. I saw Huang Jiguang and Zhao Yiman here ... they both died for the peace and liberation of the motherland, which is why we are today. After the visit, we reluctantly left the Martyrs Cemetery. On the way back, I was thinking: without these heroes who defend the motherland, there would be no happy life for us now. Therefore, we should cherish the beautiful life now!

On Friday morning, Mr. Bai led us to organize grave-sweeping activities in the July 6th Martyrs Cemetery.
At 8: 20, we set off on time and made progress towards the goal. As I walked, I couldn't help feeling tired, but I remembered the sentence: Is it bitter? Think about the Red Army's 25,000 troops. Are you tired? Think about the revolutionary veterans. So I persisted.
Finally arrived, and the activity began. What impressed me the most were "listening to revolutionary stories", "offering small white flowers" and "visiting statues".
Listening to the revolutionary story tells us that the students fought the Japanese devils to the end regardless of their personal safety. Soon all the bodies fell, and the blood of the students dyed the whole campus red.
Finally, it's time to offer small flowers. As soon as I entered the cemetery, I saw tall and dense trees, which seemed to have been there for many years. Everyone should dedicate his little white flower to the martyr, with a small note on it. I wrote: ancestors, rest in peace, I will study hard and serve my country when I grow up! We walked around the Martyrs Monument and presented our own little white flowers.
Finally, we visited the statue of the martyr, only to see several soldiers looking forward sharply, and another martyr was still holding a sacrifice in his arms.
After the grave-sweeping activities, I want to say to the revolutionary martyrs: "Ancestors, as I wrote, I will definitely study hard and the mountains you laid will be more brilliant!"

Tomb-Sweeping Day will be here soon. Today, the school organized students from grade three to grade six to visit the Martyrs Cemetery. Hearing the news, the students became anxious and nervous.
At noon 12: 50, we will meet in the playground. Start at one o'clock sharp. After an hour's long journey, our long team finally came to the martyrs cemetery.
With reverence, the students entered the martyrs' cemetery in an orderly manner, and there was no sound in the team, because it was a very serious matter and everyone performed well.
We first entered the lobby on the second floor and rested for ten minutes, and then held a theme team meeting in front of the stone carving.
Then we went into the museum, and the narrator told us the heroic deeds of the martyrs. Listen, my eyes are red, and I am moved by the spirit of these martyrs' dedication to their country. The students also took notes quietly with admiration.
What impressed me most was that during the Agrarian Revolution, Wang Dean, Qi Yueting and other martyrs were persecuted by reactionaries and buried alive outside the North Gate of Xi 'an. Listen, students, remember that no one is joking. When the interests of the country and the people are in crisis, they are desperate to rush ahead, protect others, but sacrifice themselves. Their spirit is worth learning. I secretly swear that I will study hard and make contributions to my motherland in the future.
Walking out of the exhibition hall, the students' mood can't be calm for a long time. Before coming to the Martyrs Monument, we presented our own small white flowers.
Although we walked so far, none of our classmates complained about being tired. It is the heroic deeds that inspire us, and our hearts are full of admiration for the martyrs!
Hope to adopt, O(∩_∩)O Thank you.
