Article 1 In accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on Enrollment of the Ministry of Education, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the college and candidates, enroll students according to law and standardize enrollment work, and in combination with the actual situation of the college, these Articles of Association are formulated.

College Profile: Xinjiang Applied Vocational and Technical College is an independent public full-time general higher vocational college established with the approval of the people's government of the autonomous region in 2065438+early 2002 and filed by the Ministry of Education, aiming at cultivating applied and skilled talents.
Xinjiang Applied Vocational and Technical College has successively passed through Kuitun Normal School, Ili Kuitun Normal College, yili normal university, Ili Education College (Ili Architectural Engineering School, Ili Kuitun Technical School and Ili Culture and Art School merged into Ili Education College at the end of 20 1 1) and yili normal university Kuitun Campus. Since its establishment, it has made important contributions to basic education in northern Xinjiang, especially to ethnic education.
In August, the college signed a trusteeship agreement with the administrative office of Tacheng District to entrust Tacheng District Health School and Tacheng District Wusu Vocational and Technical School. The school has actively promoted the construction of teaching infrastructure and training base, built more than 50,000 square meters of various teaching places in Wusu South Campus, and built training rooms in nursing, tourism, e-commerce, logistics management and construction engineering. Subei Campus has built a 7,990-square-meter training workshop including welding, numerical control and automobile training, and a training base for machinery manufacturing and automation in the autonomous region. Kuitun Campus has newly built a 4,000-square-meter student canteen and plastic playground, and built a campus practice and training base for landscape technology and preschool education. Chapter II Enrollment Institutions
Article 4 The College shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the College, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and decide on major issues related to enrollment.
Article 5 The College Admissions Committee has a department responsible for coordinating and handling the daily work of enrollment. The Admissions Office works under the specific leadership of the College Admissions Committee and is supervised by the College Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards
Article 6 The College shall, according to the development plan, school conditions, specialty settings, student source status and social needs, formulate annual enrollment plans for different majors in the whole country, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. And in accordance with the specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education, it will be sent to the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the specified time and announced to the public; At the same time, it will be announced to the public through other means. In the process of enrollment, the enrollment plans of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government with good students, full volunteers and high admission scores will be appropriately adjusted with the consent of the school enrollment Committee and the approval of the higher authorities.
Article 7 The academic system is three years. Tuition: 3,300 yuan/year for science and engineering, arts and sciences, 2,900 yuan/year for literature and history, 3,500 yuan/year for English, 5,500 yuan/year for art and 3 100 yuan/year for sports. Accommodation: 800 yuan/year.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 8 The admission of college students shall follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness; To implement the enrollment policies designated by the national education department and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, they are comprehensively assessed and selected. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 9 Admission to colleges and universities is based on the principle of candidates' voluntariness, that is, according to the order in which candidates fill in their volunteers, candidates who apply for our school as the first choice will be admitted from high score to low score, and only when the number of candidates who apply for our school as the first choice on the lowest control line in the same batch announced by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are less than the enrollment plan, candidates who apply for our school will be admitted as the second choice, and so on.
Article 10 The principle of professional admission in colleges and universities is to give priority to scores, that is, to rank from high scores to low scores first, and then to enroll in the order of professional volunteers reported by candidates. If the first major volunteer can't be satisfied, the school will adjust to the corresponding major according to the score and exchange information with the candidates in time; Those who do not obey the adjustment shall be dismissed according to relevant regulations.
Eleventh candidates who enjoy policy bonus points shall be admitted in accordance with the principle of territorial management stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus points policies and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located shall be implemented. Article 12 Candidates who apply for art and sports majors in our college need to take the basic examination of art and sports majors. The school uses the examination papers of arts and sports majors in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and also recognizes the results of the additional examinations of arts and sports majors in other undergraduate colleges. On the premise of passing the examination results of arts and sports majors, the professional voluntary admission is based on the principle of giving priority to the results of cultural courses, and the professional volunteers are admitted from high to low.
Article 13 The College shall carry out the will of guiding the physical examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students in each major.
Fourteenth non-English major language public courses are all college English, and minority language candidates should fill in carefully.
Chapter V Follow-up Management

Article 16 The college shall set up various forms of scholarships, including: national scholarships for ordinary colleges and universities, national inspirational scholarships for ordinary colleges and universities, national grants for ordinary colleges and universities of the people's government of the autonomous region, and national student loans for students in their places of origin, and set up work-study positions for students with financial difficulties at school.
Article 17 The college carries out the project of cultivating students' personality, offers courses such as employment guidance and career planning, and carries out mental health education and honesty education for college students, so as to make them develop in an all-round way.
Eighteenth outstanding graduates of some colleges and universities can be promoted to similar majors in undergraduate colleges for two years after passing the relevant examinations, and they can obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates of undergraduate colleges. Relevant policies shall be implemented with reference to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for the Selection of Excellent College Students in Autonomous Region (Xinjiang Gao20129).
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 19 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of ordinary higher vocational colleges.
Article 20 The Articles of Association shall be reviewed and approved by the principal's office meeting and submitted to the higher education authorities for review.
Article 21 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the policies and regulations on enrollment previously promulgated by the college are inconsistent with the articles of association, the provisions of the articles of association shall prevail.
Article 22 The College Admissions Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association. In the process of enrollment consultation, our consultant's opinions and suggestions are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, not as a school admission commitment.
