Time is like a bullet. Once you shoot, you can't take it back. Let it fly for a while. In retrospect, I have stood at the end of the semester. Looking back on my work this semester, I feel a little lost. Time flies so fast, I always feel that I have made too little contribution to the organization department. I can't write this work summary, but I still want to write this personal work summary, because only by summing up the past can I better improve myself and carry out my future work.

Success and failure are like twin brothers and sisters, born with equal status. Win without arrogance, lose with grace, maybe people will grow faster in the most painful time. Being a conscientious person in life and work, everything will be fine.

Although I only stayed in the organization department for one semester, the trust of the organization in me is still quite large, and I am entrusted with an important task. People should take responsibility and do something. For the trust of the organization, I should be able to make the organization feel worthy of an important task. While absorbing past experience, I will abide by departmental rules and regulations, constantly improve the quality of various activities, and constantly innovate.
