According to Article 36 of the Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Units: "Units should carry out regular fire safety publicity and education through various forms, and key fire safety units should conduct fire safety training for every employee at least once a year." Fire management personnel are directly responsible for maintaining public order, preventing, investigating or assisting in the investigation of fire accidents, protecting people's legitimate rights and interests, and defending socialist modernization. Especially in the new period of reform and opening-up, the objective situation has put forward higher requirements for firefighters, and firefighters must have higher quality to be competent in all aspects of fire safety management. At present, some fire managers in China have not received formal and systematic political, professional and scientific training, and their political level needs to be further improved, especially the tasks faced by most part-time and voluntary firefighters with low political and professional level are not suitable. Therefore, through effective training methods, the professional level of fire safety management personnel must be rapidly improved, fire safety management personnel should be developed, and their creativity and enthusiasm should be mobilized, so that our fire safety management will gradually become a young, knowledgeable and professional team, a team with morality, ideals, culture and discipline, a team with fighting capacity that adapts to the development of socialist market economy and strives to defend the interests of the country, the collective and the people. With such a team composed of professionals, part-time workers and volunteers, the task of fire safety management can be completed with high quality.
