Twenty-fifth Party organizations at higher levels shall regularly train Party branch secretaries, deputy secretaries and other party member.

The training of Party branch secretaries should be included in the cadre education and training plan of party member, and the new party branch secretaries should be trained on the job. The Central Organization Department organizes demonstration training for party branch secretaries, and local governments, industries and systems generally conduct rotation training for all party branch secretaries according to the affiliation of party organizations. Party branch secretaries should attend at least 1 centralized rotation training organized by party organizations at or above the county level every year. Pay attention to overall arrangement, prevent frequent training, and ensure that party branch secretaries do their daily work well.
