According to the above responsibilities, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security has 26 internal organs:

(1) office (co-located with the government party committee office)

To formulate the basic policies, development plans and standards of unemployment insurance and organize their implementation; Formulate unemployment insurance rates, fund collection policies, treatment items and payment standards; To formulate policies on the adjustment, use and management of unemployment insurance funds and the distribution plan of unemployment insurance adjustment funds; Establish an early warning system for unemployment and formulate policies to prevent and control large-scale unemployment; Formulate policies for the treatment of illness, childbirth and death of unemployed people during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

(20) Medical Insurance Department
