Now it has Guizhou Anorectal Hospital, Guizhou Acupuncture Hospital, Guizhou Encephalopathy Hospital, Guizhou Orthopedic Hospital, Guizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Fundus Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center and Guizhou Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Endocrine Diagnosis and Treatment Center. There are three key special disease construction projects in state administration of traditional chinese medicine during the 11th Five-Year Plan period: diabetes, stroke and fundus diseases; Intensive construction project of key specialties (special diseases) in state administration of traditional chinese medicine during the 11th Five-Year Plan 1: thyroid special diseases; State administration of traditional chinese medicine has three key disciplines: endocrinology of traditional Chinese medicine, encephalopathy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture; There are 8 key specialty construction projects of Guizhou Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine: orthopedics, lung disease, spleen and stomach disease, anorectal disease, gynecology, dermatology, nephrology and emergency department.

At present, the hospital is the third batch of prevention and health care service pilot units and the first batch of TCM standard research and promotion bases (pilot units) determined by state administration of traditional chinese medicine. It has "National Institute of Clinical Drug Experiment of US Food and Drug Administration" and "Miao Medicine and Key Laboratory of Miao Medicine for Chronic Pain Treatment" in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, and has always been the training point and test site for Chinese medicine practitioners in Guizhou Province and the training base for general practitioners in Guizhou Province. The famous old Chinese medicine studio in Guizhou Province, the Guizhou Medical Monitoring Sub-center, the Institute of Hematology and the Institute of Orthopaedics of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine are also located in our hospital.

The characteristic advantages of Chinese medicine in hospitals have been further developed, the construction of characteristic Chinese medicine hospitals and key specialties has been strengthened, and the disciplines of hospitals have been continuously differentiated. New disciplines such as physical examination center, prevention and treatment center, encephalopathy surgery and cardiac surgery have been established, and the number of wards has increased from 14 in 2005 to 22. New technologies and projects have been continuously developed, the scope of receiving and treating diseases has been gradually expanded, and the number of outpatients, inpatients and economic income has continued to grow.
