What are the four types of civil service training?
The four types of civil servant training are initial training, on-the-job training, specialized business training and on-the-job training. According to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the government should conduct initial training for newly hired personnel during the probation period; Civil servants who are promoted to leadership positions shall receive on-the-job training before or within one year after taking office.
