Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the supervision and management of the construction of training institutions, standardize training activities and improve training quality. Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to all kinds of schools, training centers and training institutions of relevant enterprises, institutions, societies, associations and research associations that undertake continuing education of architecture and non-academic adult education (excluding post training of architectural vocational skills). Article 3 The qualification of training institutions as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the teacher qualification, personnel quality, basic conditions for running a school, teaching management level, teaching quality and training performance that a training institution should possess. Article 4 The administrative department of construction in the State Council shall be responsible for the qualification management of national construction training institutions. The construction administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the qualification management of construction training institutions within their respective administrative areas. The relevant departments of the State Council are responsible for the qualification management of the directly affiliated construction training institutions. Chapter II Qualification Evaluation Article 5 The qualifications of training institutions are divided into three grades, and the qualification standards of training institutions at all levels are as follows:

First, the qualification level:

1. The person in charge of a training institution should have a senior professional title and a college degree or above, and have more than 8 years of teaching or education management experience. There are no less than 12 teaching management personnel, including at least 6 with intermediate or above titles.

2. Full-time teachers should have more than 10, of which not less than 8 have college education, and they are professionally matched. No less than 3 senior titles and no less than 7 intermediate titles; Part-time teachers hired should have intermediate titles or above, and have teaching experience in architecture or more than 5 years working experience in the construction industry.

3, the special classroom area of not less than 800 square meters, office space area of not less than 200 square meters; Accommodation conditions for more than 200 people at the same time; There is a corresponding practice experimental site, equipped with special computers, projectors, slide projectors and other audio-visual teaching equipment; There is a reference room with more than 2000 books.

4. Hold various training courses such as qualification post training, continuing education and vocational qualification training. The annual training scale exceeds 1500 person-times.

5. Have a clear and correct idea of running a school, a master plan and an annual school plan. There are teaching management system, teacher management system, student management system, examination and assessment methods, financial management system and other management systems. There are relatively fixed sources of funding for running schools.

Second, the qualification level 2:

1, the person in charge of the training institution should have a senior professional title and a college degree or above, and have more than 5 years of teaching or education management experience. There are 8 teaching administrators, at least 4 of whom have intermediate titles or above.

2, full-time teachers should have more than 6 people, including at least 4 people with college education, and professional support. No less than 2 senior titles and no less than 4 intermediate titles; Part-time teachers hired should have intermediate titles or above, and have teaching experience in architecture or more than 5 years working experience in the construction industry.

3. The special classroom area is not less than 500 square meters, and the office space area is not less than 100 square meters. /kloc-simultaneous accommodation conditions for more than 0/20 people; There is a corresponding practice experimental site, equipped with special computers, projectors, slide projectors and other audio-visual teaching equipment; There is a reference room with more than 0/000 books.

Third, the qualification level 3:

1, the person in charge of the training institution should have intermediate or above titles and technical secondary school education, and have experience in teaching or education management. There shall be no less than 4 teaching management personnel, including no less than 2 personnel with intermediate or above titles.

2. Full-time teachers should have a college degree or above in architecture; The hired part-time teachers should have teaching experience in architecture or working experience in the construction industry.

3, the special classroom area of not less than 200 square meters, office space area of not less than 60 square meters. Accommodation conditions for more than 60 people at the same time; Equipped with microcomputer, projector, slide projector and other audio-visual teaching equipment; There is a library.

I have held short-term training courses such as continuing education. The annual training scale is over 400.

5. Have a clear and correct idea of running a school, a master plan and an annual school plan. There are teaching management system, teacher management system, student management system, examination and assessment methods, financial management system and other management systems. Article 6 The qualification standards, working procedures and relevant measures of training institutions shall be formulated and promulgated by the administrative department of construction in the State Council. Article 7 The qualification grades of training institutions shall be graded and evaluated. After passing the preliminary examination, the first-class qualification training institutions shall be evaluated by the construction administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the relevant departments of the State Council. Secondary and tertiary training institutions shall be evaluated by the construction administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the relevant departments of the State Council, and the evaluation results shall be reported to the construction administrative departments of the State Council for the record.
