In principle, for any production process (management process and service process), as long as the product quality (or work quality) needs to be controlled, the control chart can be used, but there are requirements:
The control object determined by 1. should be quantifiable. If it is only qualitative and cannot be quantified, then the control chart cannot be applied.
2. The controlled process is repeatable. Obviously, the control chart cannot be used to control the process only once or several times.
