(three) coaches must have more than three years of driving experience or more than 50 thousand kilometers, be in good health, have certain driving experience and guidance ability, and hold a motor vehicle coach certificate issued by the vehicle management department of the public security organ.
Motor vehicle driving theory teachers and coaches apply for the qualification examination of motor vehicle driving training coaches. It shall apply to the municipal road transport management institution of its domicile or temporary residence, fill in the Application Form for Qualification Examination of Road Transport Practitioners, and submit the applicant's identity certificate, education certificate, driving certificate, safe driving experience certificate and corresponding vehicle driving experience certificate. If the information is complete, the municipal road transport management institution with districts shall report it to the provincial road transport management institution for examination. If it meets the requirements, the provincial road transport management institution shall notify the applicant in writing, issue an admission ticket in accordance with the regulations, and arrange for the applicant to take the examination. The qualification of motor vehicle driving training coaches is subject to a unified national examination system, which is held twice a year. The examination syllabus, examination question bank, examination standards and examination work norms shall be uniformly formulated and promulgated by the Ministry of Communications. The content of examination question bank includes theoretical examination and demonstration teaching examination of motor vehicle driving training coaches and motor vehicle training operation coaches. The content of theoretical coach qualification examination mainly includes road traffic safety laws and regulations such as the Road Traffic Safety Law and its implementation regulations, and the provisions on the application and use of motor vehicle driving licenses. After passing the examination, the provincial road transport management institution shall issue a coach card to the examiners, and the coach card shall be uniformly printed and numbered by the provincial road transport management institution. The coach's certificate is valid for 6 years. Motor vehicle driving training coaches shall go through the replacement procedures at the original issuing authority 30 days before the expiration of the coach certificate. Coaches engaged in teaching activities shall carry their coaches' cards with them and shall not transfer or lend them. When learning to drive on the road, the coach guided by the vehicle shall hold the corresponding coach certificate. In any of the following circumstances, the coach shall go through the cancellation procedures at the original issuing authority: applying for cancellation; Over 60 years old; The motor vehicle driver's license is cancelled; There have been major and above traffic accidents. If the original issuing authority finds that one of the above circumstances has not gone through the cancellation procedures, it shall declare the coach card invalid.
