Candidates who have passed the second-level translation certificate examination can translate all kinds of difficult texts; Be competent in the translation of scientific, technological, legal, commercial and economic information of institutions, enterprises and institutions, as well as the translation of general documents of various international conferences.
Candidates who pass the three-level translation certificate examination can translate texts with general difficulty; Be competent in the translation of general texts and business materials of institutions, enterprises and institutions.
The simplest level 3 (elementary) exam is suitable for some non-foreign language majors who have graduated from undergraduate courses, passed CET-6 or foreign language colleges and have some practical experience in interpretation and translation. Level 2 (intermediate) is suitable for non-foreign language majors or foreign language majors, and has 3 to 5 years of translation practice experience; Obtaining the first-class (advanced) certificate should be the most difficult, and it takes 8 to 10 years of translation practice.
Experienced and an expert in bilingual translation of a language. In view of this, it is best for non-English majors to take the Level 3 (elementary) exam. Those who are qualified in primary interpretation or primary translation can serve as interpreters for general talks.
Translation of general materials. Candidates who take this exam should have a vocabulary of about 6000.
