Beatbox, abbreviated as bbox or b-box, translated from Chinese into human rhythmic ventriloquism, is a ventriloquism form that uses the mouth to create rhythm, mainly based on jazz drums and extended by electronic music. Although it is similar to ventriloquism. But as an exotic street culture, it has its unique charm, and its powerful musical expression shows infinite vitality. Therefore, we decided to apply for the Beatbox Club, with the purpose of bringing this vibrant culture to this campus, so that more people can know, understand and learn this art, so that this art can bring you brand-new experiences and feelings, and provide more entertainment platforms and spaces for students after learning.
Second, the organizational structure
Our Beatbox club is mainly composed of the following departments:
(1) Organization Department
Organization department is an important functional department of Beatbox Society. Its main functions are: responsible for drafting various systems and regulations of the association and supervising the implementation of grassroots organizations; Responsible for organizing students to carry out community activities; Responsible for the recruitment and training of members and social workers; Responsible for the collection of social fees; Cooperate with the school social union department to carry out quality development and organize activities; Complete the tasks assigned by the superior leaders and other relevant organizations of the social welfare department, and coordinate the work of other departments.
(2) Secretariat
The secretariat department is responsible for drafting relevant documents of the Association, writing relevant plans and summaries, and doing a good job in notifying and recording regular meetings of the Association; Organize and keep the relevant files and materials of the club, and manage the public finance of the club; Cooperate with other departments to do the daily work of the club.
(3) Ministry of External Relations
Responsible for all kinds of liaison work and social activities of the club, establish a good image of the Beatbox club, hold study and exchange activities with other clubs and relevant departments of foreign schools, and purchase club-related supplies; Actively contact merchants, seek sponsorship and provide financial support for our club activities.
(4) Network Propaganda Department
Responsible for the publicity of the club's overall image and coordinating the publicity of member activities; Responsible for the publicity work inside and outside the association and the production of publicity materials, including regularly studying the contents of internal and external publicity, making internal and external publicity plans, planning large-scale publicity activities, etc. , and organize the specific implementation; Responsible for the design and production of social magazines; Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the club's blog, responsible for behind-the-scenes music, making slides and photography in various activities and other work related to network electronic digital.
Third, the membership structure
(1) students
That is, those who have just joined the club and can't master the basic rhythm, we will give them basic teaching and training, and then they can be promoted to members and senior members after examination.
(2) Members
That is, those who can master the basic rhythm and are skilled and stable in technology can be promoted from students to members through examinations, and then we will give them more difficult teaching and training. There will be performances at various activities.
(3) Senior member
That is, people who can master the four elements and combine 16B to create their own freestyle can be promoted from members to senior members and perform against members at the same level.

Fourth, development planning.
