First of all, I would like to thank all the team leaders and colleagues for their support and help in my work. I am the technical vice captain of the excavation team, mainly responsible for the technical work of the team. The following is a summary of my personal work:

First, be strict with yourself and clarify responsibilities.

Actively cooperate with the team leader to carry out technical management, carefully organize daily production, ensure that the procedures and measures of each project are complete before construction, and adhere to one project, one procedure and one measure. Regularly review the operation procedures of tunneling faces, and timely revise, supplement and improve them according to the site conditions and relevant regulations of superiors. Adhere to no less than 24 wells per month, go deep into the site, guide and standardize the production process and employee operation, and handle problems in time when found. Formulate a feasible quality standardization management system, standardize employees' safety and quality operation norms, conduct monthly safety training, and improve employees' awareness of safety in production.

Two, study hard professional and technical knowledge, do a good job.

Over the past year, the construction operation rules and safety technical measures of each heading face have been compiled successively, and they have been seriously conveyed and implemented to all employees. They often go deep into the job site to check the implementation of rules and regulations. When the regulations and methods are inconsistent with the site, supplementary measures shall be prepared in time, and the original regulations and methods shall be revised. They are responsible for the study of security team's technical knowledge and the implementation of the "three major regulations", educating employees on standard posts and standard operations, and constantly improving their technical quality and professional level. Assist the team leader to do a good job in quality standardization and safety assessment, do a good job in material consumption and labor management, take active and effective technical measures, put an end to the phenomenon of "three violations", avoid safety accidents, improve project quality, reduce material consumption and improve labor productivity. Earnestly do a good job in the regular circulation operation of each heading face, do a good job in the preparation for each head-on, analyze and study the safety production trends of the heading team, strictly implement the accident tracing, analysis and handling system, and constantly sum up experiences and lessons to ensure safety in production. Go deep into the staff, go deep into the site, do a good job in investigation and study, sum up the methods and experiences of the team in safety production and technology in time, constantly learn new knowledge and popularize new technologies and experiences. Responsible for collecting the information of various technical and economic indicators of the team, analyzing the completion situation in time, and taking effective technical measures to complete various technical and economic indicators.

III. Summary of main achievements and work experience.

Attach importance to project quality management from beginning to end in the work, and strictly control the quality. In this year's work, we will strictly follow the specifications stipulated in the engineering design drawings, check the engineering projects we are responsible for, carefully design the construction procedures, carefully guide the construction work, complete the specified engineering tasks with good quality and quantity, and ensure the accuracy of the roadway.

Fourth, the shortcomings in the work and the places that need improvement.

As a tunneling technician, I actively cooperate with the team leader to carry out technical management work, carefully organize team production, ensure the procedures and measures before each project starts, adhere to one project, one regulation and one measure, regularly review the operation procedures of tunneling faces, and timely revise and supplement them according to the site conditions and relevant regulations of superiors. The second is to organize and implement standardized safety and quality inspection in time, investigate and deal with major hidden dangers and problems existing in the site, and ensure the sound development of team construction quality. The shortcomings in the work mainly include: first, the engineering quality of the team needs to be further improved, which is still far from the requirements of the company; Second, the safety training of the team is not detailed enough, and the habitual "three violations" of employees have not been completely eliminated. The above is my work in the team. In the future, I will constantly sum up and reflect, constantly push myself, enrich my energy, improve my quality and professional level, and make my due contribution to the development of our mine.
