Practice of vacuum electroplating:

The general practice of vacuum electroplating is to spray a layer of primer on the material before electroplating. Because the material is plastic, bubbles and organic gas will remain during injection molding, but moisture in the air will be sucked in when placed.

In addition, because the plastic surface is not flat enough, the surface of the workpiece directly electroplated is not smooth, the luster is low, the metal sensitivity is poor, and bubbles and blisters will appear.

After spraying a layer of primer, a smooth and flat surface will be formed to eliminate the bubbles in the plastic itself, so that the electroplating effect can be shown.
