3) During the review period, the operation time of the licensed project shall not exceed 12 months;

4) There are records of safety and energy-saving education and training;

5) No record of illegal operation or management, no accident;

6) Meet the specific conditions specified in the evaluation outline formulated by AQSIQ.

Second, review the submitted materials

1, original certificate of special equipment operator;

2, 2 inch bareheaded photos;

3. Original and photocopy of valid identity documents.
