All party committees (general branches) should arrange the work progress of party member in reverse order according to the development progress of the school, determine the development goals in time according to the standards and procedures, organize centralized training in time according to the norms and requirements, and flexibly add training courses under special circumstances to ensure orderly convergence and smooth progress, and ensure that the development work cannot be completed on time due to untimely training arrangements. The training duration is generally not less than three days (or not less than twenty-four hours).
By organizing short-term intensive training, the development target can deepen the knowledge and understanding of the Party, clarify party member's rights and obligations, further correct the motivation to join the Party, continuously improve the ideological and political quality and political theory level, deeply understand the decisive significance of "two creations", continuously enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", achieve "two maintenance" and establish the belief of lifelong struggle for the cause of * * *. After more than one year's training, education and investigation by the Party organization, it basically meets the requirements of party member. On the basis of listening to the opinions of the party group, cultivating contacts, party member and the masses, it was listed as a development comrade after being discussed and approved by the Party branch Committee and reported to the higher party organization for the record.
Short-term training for development targets Under the unified leadership of the school party committees, all party committees (general party branches) are the main bodies to carry out education and training, and the party school is responsible for business guidance. In the form of training, centralized teaching, video teaching, practical teaching, special discussion and self-study can be flexibly adopted. It should be emphasized that "no matter which way is adopted, short-term centralized training must focus on development goals, and decentralized self-study cannot replace centralized training".
