Paragraph 2 of Article 22 of the Labor Contract Law stipulates that if a worker violates the service period agreement, he shall pay liquidated damages to the employer in accordance with the agreement. The amount of liquidated damages shall not exceed the training expenses provided by the employer. The liquidated damages that the employer requires the laborer to pay shall not exceed the training expenses that should be shared for the unfinished part of the service period. The employer has spent 50,000 yuan on the training of workers, and the agreed service period is 5 years. Then, the annual service fee should be 10000 yuan; If the employee breaches the contract after working for two years after training, he shall pay 300 million yuan to the employer for the remaining three years.
