The common advertising forms are posters, leaflets, school publicity, TV advertisements, street publicity and so on. Which form to adopt is mainly considered from the aspect of cost performance.

2) Enrollment mode. The enrollment target has been made clear, and the training course has been known for 45 days. You can start classes in cycles and enroll students all year round. After this period is opened, you can start the next enrollment. Of course, the number of classes should also be considered in combination with the low peak season of enterprise employment demand and the graduation season of the school.

3) preparation. The main work is divided into three parts. First, the work of the training course, including the relevant procedures, how to apply for government subsidies, hire teachers, students to eat and live, and so on; Two, enrollment, including the design and production of advertising materials, media advertising contact, publicity activities, etc. The third is to find a job and contact counterpart enterprises, and prepare to invite counterpart enterprises to communicate with students in the training class, which is conducive to the two-way choice of enterprise students and the recommendation of enterprises after the training.

Entrust, not recruit.

1) advertising mode. Similar to targeted recommendation, but the advertising content is more targeted, and the display is entrusted by the enterprise, and directly enters the enterprise after training.

2) Enrollment mode. Entrusting enterprises may need special examinations, or send people to take the entrance examination, and others are similar to directional recommendation.

3) preparation. It is necessary to sign an enrollment contract with the entrusting enterprise and prepare training courses according to the requirements of the entrusting enterprise, including majors and teachers. Others are similar to those recommended by orientation, but the recommendation to enterprises is omitted.
